Adopting a flexible module combination design concept, suitable for the rotation of various bottle types and caps. No need to replace accessories, just simple adjustment is sufficient. Easy to operate and maintain. The rotary cover is divided into three groups: initial rotation, re application, and rotary wheel. The torque can be adjusted separately to ensure tightness, and it is equipped with a clutch device to avoid damaging the cover. Two sets of bottle clamping ring mechanisms are used to adapt to high bottles or bottles that are unstable when standing. Liding machine, conveyor, capping machine, and bottle clamp with adjustable speeds are more suitable. The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements. Optional: Fully automatic capping machine and lid storage hopper.
