After the bottle body with the lid is continuously fed into the capping machine, it is clamped forward by a double-layer vertical synchronous belt. The bottle cap is gradually tightened by rotating polyurethane rubbing wheels in the same direction. There are three groups of six rubbing wheels divided into first, second, and third stages, which are first calibrated and then tightened to ensure the correctness of the bottle cap. This machine can adjust the height and width of the bottle clamping synchronous belt and the height and width of the rubbing wheel appropriately according to the customer's bottle type to achieve the ideal capping speed and stability effect. And there are visually controlled rulers or scales for adjusting the parts. When updating the bottle type or cap, no spare parts are required, only slight adjustments are needed to meet production requirements.
